Sarah Fox is a certified Krav Maga Self Defense Instructor, KMX Kids Self Defense Instructor and Krav Maga Fitness Instructor. She is also a certified instructor with RAD - Rape Aggression Defense Systems. Sarah is the owner of Fight Fit, Northeast Ohio's only Krav Maga Worldwide Self Defense Training Facility which offers almost 30 classes a week in various aspects of self defense.
