When Tareq and Michaele Salahi made an appearance at NBC Miami Friday, Michaele made her live singing debut. She also spoke about her experience on VH1's "Celebrity Rehab".
Michaele Salahi was dismissed from "Celebrity Rehab 5," for allegedly not having any form of addiction. "I never said I had an addiction, says Michaele.
"The show reached out to me, and they said it would be a documentary. I have multiple sclerosis, and I think they really wanted to go a different route and add some different dynamics."
Speaking of her "Celeb Rehab" experience, she says she actually wanted to leave the show, "I thought, 'wow, to be a part of something that would help my health' but then I got in and said this isn't really for me," she said. "I wanted to leave and then it gets spun a different way because it's cooler to have me kicked off."
It was reported in March that ex Real Housewife Michaele Salahi was asked to leave "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" because she didn't actually have an "addiction."
