Andy Dick of Dr. Drew's Sober House sex abuse felony arrest

Andy Dick was arrested Saturday morning, Jan. 23, 2010 in West Virginia on two felony charges.

Andy Dick of Dr. Drew and VH1's Sober House was arrested earlier today on 2 counts of felony sexual abuse in the first degree, according to TMZ.Com.  The incident took place inside of "Rum Runners" in West Virginia.

A press release from the Huntington Police Department states that "Based upon statements of two victims and independent witness accounts alleging that he had engaged in unwanted and uninvited groping of the two victims' genital areas, Andrew R. Dick (AKA Andy Dick) of South Pasadena, Calif., was arrested and charged with two counts of Sex Abuse in the First Degree."

He is already on probation for another incident that occurred in 2008 where he was arrested for another sexual assault.
