The Craft and Hobby Association just completed their annual summer CHA Convention and Trade Show this past week in Rosemont, IL.
Local scrapbooking manufacturer, Hambly Studios, of Santa Clara was one of over 250 companies to showcase their latest scrapbooking and crafting products at the show.
This is the first chance for scrapbook store owners and retailers to see and order all the new "must-have" products for the fall and winter.
Hambly Studios revealed new designs for their overlays, papers and transparencies as well as a new "Mustard Yellow" ink color which will go well with fall themed projects and layouts. New designs were also seen on their rub-ons.
Hambly Studios also teamed up with Fiskars to do "make and takes." These are mini projects, which usually take only a few minutes to do, which allowed the show participants to try out the various products used on the project, in this case, it was the Hambly papers and Fiskars scalloped punches. You will be able to find these new Hambly Studios products in local scrapbook stores soon, including Memories Live On, Scrapbook Island and Stamp on Over at Cranberry Hill Mercantile.
