Nina Dobrev stars as Elena in 'The Vampire Diaries'
Love sexy, scary vampire flicks? Well, have I got the new TV series for you! The CW's new Vampire Diaries series will be executive produced by Dawson's Creek creator Kevin Williamson - who is great with both teens and horror.
Vampire Diaries comes from Alloy Entertainment, the same shingle whose past book series led to the series Gossip Girl and Privileged. But unlike those, this one will center on the supernatural, not the superficial.
And now the CW has released another new promo trailer for The Vampire Diaries. The new series will premier on Thursday’s at 8:00pm. With Vampire Diaries and Supernatural both on the same night - wow, I can't wait!

I thought the guys would be hotter, their ok, but not like what I pictured and demon doesn't even look good at all he was supposed to be a tad big more hotter then his brother lol yea they should of gotten at least a blond head to play the girl part..hope its good though

Alright for starters I've read all the books for the vampire diaries I love them and i think they are way bettter then the twilight saga, so great job on that L.J. Smith but the c.w should really have Elena with blonde hair it messes with the fans heads and it could put the show down, because eveyones like 'she should have golden blonde hair' whats so hard about getting nina to die it blonde, idk even a wig. Theres no hard feelings for the cast i love the cast and i happen to think that ian somerhalder looks hot for his part and hes doing a fine job, along with paul wesley, im a damon fan though so thats what i have to say. I just hope that the CW with consider making her blonde before the first episode, because the clips are supposably from a pilot episode. So yea Thats what I have to say.

i like both twilight and the vampire diaries but that is right they should have gotten her blonde...like take away hannah montanna and give her that wig!!!!lol anyway paul is sexcii!!!so is ian but not that much...anyway no hatin!!!!
