Palin urges Americans to stand up against Obamacare

President Barack Obama visits Strongsville, Ohio this afternoon to push his health care reform plan. Democrats have demonstrated they will stop at nothing to get some form of health care legislation passed – even using the House Rules Committee to draft a new rule that would make it possible for Speaker Pelosi to pass the bill without an actual vote!

Sarah Palin, who has been outspoken on the health care issue, maintained her attack in a Facebook post Sunday afternoon.

"If Senator Reid, Speaker Pelosi, and President Obama get their way, soon our country will be changed forever. Using every partisan parliamentary trick in the book (including some they invented just last week), Washington’s Left intends to ram through their takeover of our health care system regardless of the consequences," Palin said.

Appropriately labeled the “Slaughter Strategy” after Rep. Louise Slaughter (D-NY), the tactic’s chief architect and a close Pelosi ally, Andrea Tantarosof FOXNews.com writes, "it would give members of the Democratic Caucus cover. Why, you ask? Because it would skip the step that would force our lawmakers to place an “aye” vote next to a radioactive, unpopular piece of legislation that they will have to defend until Election Day in the fall."

The vote is also turning into a defining moment for democrats' true stance on abortion.Rep. Bart Stupak (D-MI) said he won’t vote for the Senate bill if federal funding of abortion is included.Though Bart Stupak, and others, will hold firm, there are members of Congress who will cave in to Pelosi's wishes from pressure.

"There’s a great deal of pressure being put on Stupak’s pro-life Democrats," Palin said. "They’re already dwindling in number. Their party is threatening them, and so are powerful SEIU labor union bosses. The Democrats respecting the sanctity of life have every incentive to buckle under the pressure, so they need to know that we’ll support them if they do the right thing and vote no on Obamacare."

In Palin's post, she points out that last Friday, Stupak told National Review Online that some Democrats have told him that if abortions aren’t covered in Obamacare then “more children will be born, and therefore it will cost us millions more.

"Money is their hang-up," Palin said. "Is this how we now value life in America?” As I wrote in my first post on this topic, human rights and human dignity must be at the center of any health care discussion. Government health care will not reduce the cost of medical care; it will simply refuse to pay it. And who will get left behind when they have to ration care to save money?"

Palin urged her readers to get involved in the debate this week, whether it's at the march on Washington on Tuesday, contacting Congress, or by signing Rep. Michele Bachmann's “Kill the Bill” online petition.

"We know we’ll beat them at the ballot box, but we have to kill this bill before November," Palin said. "This is the final push. We must stand up and stand together one last time to insist on true market-oriented, patient-centered health care reform that reflects America’s values and the will of the people."

Sarah has said that she will support, and even endorse, Democrats who believe in Conservative ideas like fiscal restraint and small government.

As a Republican, if I had to choose between a GOP fat-cat and Palin endorsed, good-hearted Dem...you'd better believe I'd vote for the Dem.

Please. Please go away Sarah. You aren't helping the country, you're helping to tear it apart.

Gov. Palin posted a lucid, cogent, brilliant article on her Facebook page about the criminal enterprise code-named "Obamacare". Everyone should read what she has to say.

This is Sarah Palin,The lethal Sarahcuda,
    in attack mode.

    Brutally blunt,and highly effective.

Today in his speech in Ohio, pushing
his Obamacare,President Obama never mentioned any
    member of corrupt,spineless Republican
    establishment,but he sure complained
    and whined about "Death Panels".

It shows enormous power and attention
    Sarah Palin commands!

My understanding is that Palin's grandson has government-funded and administered health care via Indian Health Services. And she's now a millionaire. Why is government-assisted health care only ok for members of her family, but not for middle-class families like my own who cannot continue to keep paying premiums that are more than our monthly mortgage payments??

Um no, she's just a heckler. Which is a lot easier than doing some actual heavy lifting, and apparently a lot more lucrative.

Government-paid health care is okay for Sarah, but not for others? Her twitter post is full of lies that even her most ardent supporters must be starting to question.
