Santana’s January 12 show at The Joint cancelled due to illness

Carlos Santana, members of the band and crew have come down with the flu and had to cancel a performance on Wednesday, January 12 at The Joint concert venue located at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.  “This is the first cancellation in 40 years” says Michael Vrionis, the Manager of Universal Tone Management.  Vrionis further stated “Carlos thanks his fans for their understanding and well wishes and hopes to see them at this weekend’s performances.”  The cancelled show will not be rescheduled. 

Supernatural Santana weekend shows for January 14-16

Those ticketholders for the January 12 show are encouraged to reschedule for the upcoming weekend shows or at a later time in April or May.  Otherwise, tickets will be refunded for the cancelled show Wednesday night at the point of purchase.  In appreciation for their rescheduling those ticketholders will receive a 15% discount from Santana, AEG Live and the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
