Andy Rea: I would like to say that the Half Marathon was AWESOME!!! Thank you to all the organizers, volunteers, and all the course cheerleaders for making my 1st race an incredible one to remember! I accomplished my goal with my wife by my side and we are both thrilled to have experienced it together! The sounds of all the runner's footsteps was incredible! Thanks again.

Terrific article, Nancy. I especially like the way you parsed the results grid for local finishers. I presume you'll be covering the CIM? Hope so.
Thanks for the great coverage of our event! Loved the slide show.
Hi Sally & Jack. Thank you for the nice comments! Jack, yes, I will be covering CIM this year. Will you be running in it? If so, can you send me a couple comments for my article?
Hey! That's my dog! Her name is Teva and she's a rescue from German Shepherd Rescue of Northern California (savegsd.org). She sends her "woofs" for the airtime. :)
Hi Teva's Owner, thank you for writing me! I took the photo of your dog after the race. It is my very favorite photo! I'll place her name (and yours too if you send it to me) in the article. I hope you see you and Teva again at the 2010 Big Sur Half Marathon!! Nancy
