Deena Kastor and Ryan Hall will debut tomorrow at the P.F.Chang's Rock and Roll Arizona Half Marathon held in Phoenix. Both athletes hold the world record in the event, Ryan Hall from 2007 at Arizona with a time of 59:43 and Deena Kastor who broke the record 1:07:53 at the Philadelphia Half Marathon in 2005.

For the men's marathon, returning champion (2007) Terefe Yae from Ethiopia is a favorite. For the women's race, Olena Shurkhno of Ukraine is the defending champion.
