The 14th Annual Allaire 5K will be held on Sunday, October 3rd at beautiful Allaire State Park. The event has grown in popularity over the years due to its scenic cross-country like course and friendly atmosphere. Awards will be presented to top finishers as ell as all the standard age groups.

Last year’s winners were for the men Damon Godfrey in a time of 18:32 and for the women it was Stephanie Zottoli in a time of 20:37.

The race precedes the New Jersey Grammar School Cross Country Championships that are also held at Allaire State Park and attracts runners from all across the state representing many grammar schools. The Grammar School races start at 10 AM also at the Park. Registrations and information for the races are also available on line.
The Allaire 5K benefits the St Catherine School Athletic Programs and the Monmouth – Ocean Parochial School Cross Country League.
