Triad Crush: Oleta river off road trail run

The weekend of March 28 and 29 marks two days of exciting athletic events taking place at Oleta River State Park in North Miami.

A 5K/10K off road trail run is planned at the park on Saturday, March 28.

An off-road Xterra triathlon, sprint triathlon and Xterra duathlon are planned for Sunday, March 29.

XTERRA Miami Long Course Triathlon

  • .6 mile swim
  • 20 mile mountain bike
  • 5 mile trail run

 

Triad Sprint Triathlon

  • .25 mile swim
  • 10 mile mountain bike
  • 3 mile trail run

 

Triad Sprint Duathlon

  • 1 mile trail run
  • 10 mile mountain bike
  • 3 mile trail run
