Sunday, April 19 marks the date of the 18th annual FAU Wellness Triathlon. The triathlon starts from Spanish River Park in Boca Raton, Florida. The triathlon, which starts at 7 AM, is expected to attract approximately 700 athletes.

- .25 mile swim in the Atlantic ocean
- 10 mile bike along A1A
- 3.1 mile run along bike trail
Race Packet Pick-Up
- Saturday, April 18th, 2009 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM
- Florida Atlantic University Swimming Pool
- 777 Glades Road, Boca Raton
- or pick up packet on race morning at the race site from 5:30 to 6:45 AM.
Proceeds from the triathlon benefit wellness programming at Florida Atlantic University. Besides the Boca Raton campus, which was founded in 1964, FAU has campuses located in Dania Beach, Davie, Ft. Lauderdale, Jupiter and Port St. Lucie.
