RuneScape players need to have released Sir Amik Varze in Recipe for Disaster quest and have completed Swan Song quest and their prerequisite quests. Level 77 magic, level 68 smithing and construction, and level 67 crafting are required. The prerequisite quests have additional skill and quest requirements.
From Draynor, proceed northeast either up the road or between the wheat and potato fields. Speak to Mabel who sits on a hay bale just north of the potato field in the barn yard. Offer to help and elect to start the quest. Offer to find the ring.
Upstairs a hay bale puzzle has to be solved, see How to solve the love story quest hay bale puzzle to retrieve the ring. Retrieve the ring. A loud explosion happens, head downstairs to find Mabel vanished and Zenevivia standing in her place.
Zenevivia has scared Mabel into a haystack and she confiscates the ring. After going through some chat options, she requests a twig. Search hay bales until a twig is found.
Upon returning the twig, Zenevivia breaks her promise of returning the ring and begins to rant about her hatred of the wise old man and the RuneScape player. There is no option but to accept her challenge and fight her.
