One of the first battles against the corrupt Federal Reserve took place today in a Manhattan courtroom. Chief U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska ruled against the Fed on the matter of keeping loan records secret from the public. The Fed argued that existing law prevents their need to disclose these records; however, the Judge concluded that it must do so because their disclosure would harm borrower’s competitive positions.
The law currently reads that the Fed is immune from being audited by Congress. A growing number of Americans are becoming frustrated with the corrupt nature of the Federal Reserve and are supporting Congressman Ron Paul’s H.R. 1207, which would rewrite the laws and allow for the institution to be audited. This court agreement is an excellent foot-in for their efforts, as it will only expose more corruption and create more interest and awareness regarding the true nature of our central bank and economic system. Congrats fellow Freedom Fighters! This is good news we’ve been waiting a long time for.

Mr. Chairman, we have in this Country one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever known. I refer to the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve Banks, hereinafter called the Fed. The Fed has cheated the Government of these United States and the people of the United States out of enough money to pay the Nation's debt. The depredations and iniquities of the Fed has cost enough money to pay the National debt several times over.
