According to Lord Christopher Monckton of Great Britain, this December during the 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen a treaty will be signed which will facilitate the transfer of wealth from countries of the West to third world countries because of the imbalance of CO2 emissions.
According to Monckton, the treaty will result in a communist world government which would supersede our own Constitution. The British Lord reports that the trifold purposes of this international entity are: government; transfer of wealth to third world nations and enforcement.
Monckton is a vocal critic of global warming and has written numerous articles and made appearances disputing the theory.

As far as I am concerned anyone who is trying to get a point across has references and facts he can point to where I saw nothing that he presented that proved anything really. He ticked me off about the DDT and AIDS thing because there was nothing to prove it was truth as far as I could see so the rest of the video didn't seem worth watching. I do agree that you need to find the truth yourself but I don't see you getting it from him. I think he has his own agenda. I admit I can be wrong. Believe what you want and I will do the same but I won't tear you up because you don't believe as I do like the rest of the world loves to do. This is my opinion only.
Vee, you're jumping to conclusions about Monckton. I've met with him twice. He's genuinely concerned about the issues on which he speaks. He is very right on DDT. The reduction in Malaria cases since the WHO lifted its band on DDT speaks for itself. As for AIDS, many pandemics were handled that way. Although it must seem cruel to those who would have been quarantined, it would have saved millions of lives. You should consider watching the rest of his presentation.
