At first glance your local pizza parlor may not seem romantic, but I know one surefire and easy way to transform Luigi’s Pizza Emporium into Romance Central.
First, make sure your special someone is in the mood for pizza. It would defeat the purpose if he or she was really hankering for Mexican. If you can, settle on toppings now. I’ll explain why in a sec.
Second, set a time, perhaps before or after a movie. This is important because the next step is to go to the restaurant, or call ahead of time, and ask them to arrange the pepperoni (or whatever toppings you decided on) in a heart shape. Alternatively, cutting a small stack of pepperoni slices into hearts would take only a four slices with a sharp knife, if they're willing.
It’s that easy! Easy for you. Easy for the pizza people. In fact, they’ll probably enjoy the change of pace. At the very least, it’ll give them a story to tell. They probably won’t charge you anything extra either. Just don’t forget to tell them when you return with your date that you’re the one who pre-ordered that special pizza.
So, that’s it. Go on now. Go give your sweetheart a little “slice” of romance, pizza style.
