The McCain Campaign launched a new video called "The One," which mocks Obama as messianic.
The McCain campaign didn't start this meme. As I posted last week, Hillary used the Obamamessiah theme back in February. Then, the Times of London published Gerard Baker's "He ventured forth to bring light to the world -- The anointed one's pilgrimage to the Holy Land is a miracle in action - and a blessing to all his faithful followers."
Like McCain says, Obama always gives a great speech, but Obama's actions don't match his rhetoric.
