'Zombie Fallout 3.5 Dr. Hugh Mann': A prequel

"Zombie Fallout" is a series of zombie books by Mark Tufo. This is the prequel that I read first, so I'm not too familiar with the other books.

This book, obviously, is supposed to be a zombie book, but it isn't until the very end that there are hints of zombies. Even at the end you only get a tiny hint.

Dr. Hugh Mann, (Human), has discovered another race of humans on earth. They are just a bit bigger than an atom and they are in a war for their life with ... dust mites. The doctor has dubbed them "Hugh Manns."

Dr. Mann, who is pretty much a laughing stock at the University of Boston, has brought this amazing discovery to the attention of the Dead of the University who sees dollar signs. Before you can say, strange plot line,' there are men in black type guys trying to get their hands on a suit case that Dr. Mann leaves with Marissa, his estranged daughter.

When a discovery is made by another scientist about the status of the lives of these Hugh Manns, the world is thrust into the beginning of the end.

This is a very short and quick read. It's a strange book because one expects zombies, but gets Hugh Manns.

It's not a bad book and the end of this short story does bode well for the rest of the series.
