Now supporting your local beer is always the good choice but someone asked me if their were any other good options to try. Locally I would go Yazoo Pale Ale or Hop Project, Tennessee Brew Works Cutaway IPA, Blackstone Nut Brown Ale, or Fat Bottom Knockout IPA. I guess I skew hoppy in my Olympic beer choices. Anyway, if you choose to go outside of the local beer world there are a number of options. Yuengling is a good choice because it is the oldest American brewery and as American as you can be. Now if you want to stay in the craft beer section then you could always try Sierra Nevada, Terrapin, Founder's or Greenman. Like I said, I would always suggest local beer when cheering on the U.S.A., but there are a few other options.
The Olympics start on Thursday and would like to hear from you on what beer you will be drinking. As long as its from the USA you can't really go wrong. As always you can follow me on twitter and untappd @princessofhops.
