West Coast All Stars give Thanks in Vegas at Planet Hollywood

West Coast All Stars are only in town for a night, with Raw, Uncut and X-Rated lyrics, according to “Too $hort,” WC, aka Dub C, Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, E-40 and DJ Quik.  And quite naturally, they all will be the “Life of The Party” on that night!

Please believe, these six artists, sharing the same stage, at one time or another was the topic of many government conversations, as well as misunderstood criticism, all in an attempt to censor or even try to do away with rap music. In spite of all that, Russell Simmons once stated, “it’s not going to happen.” We ALL know this.

During the visible, unsympathetic transitioning of equality for each and every American, hip-hop music exploded “In a Major Way.” (E-40) These prolific American rappers caught the attention and lyrically told the truth about every urban neighborhood across the globe; fortunately, The West Coast All Stars individually stamped their marks all over the music charts!

For those hip-hop junkies, (William L. Calhoun, Jr.)WC, pronounced Dub-C, once belonged to a group by the name of Low Profile. Imagine that? Clearly, the name WC and The Maad Circle, straight out of South Central L.A., was VERY appropriate for some of the many releases that came out like “Ain’t a Damn Thang Change,” The Shadiest One” and “Ghetto Heisman.”

By the way, Dub-C by far is no stranger to film. He appeared in several films, and some might remember his role as Darnell in the movie Set It Off.

On November 26, '11, all those who are coming to party at Planet Hollywood will "Bow Down" together; it's a guranteed-with Dub-C.

E-40, he’s a rapper, investor and an entrepreneur that left Grambling State University to pursue what he already knew, hip-hop.  E-40, his government name is Earl Stevens from Vallejo, California, continues in accumulating millions in his fan-base through his banging beats, complemented with- it is- what it is lyrics- balanced by an ever changing story.

40’s quickness, mixed with superior, articulate flow, resonates on the inside of anyone that’s listening. 40 came out with songs like “Barbarian,” “Tell Me When To Go” “and “Go Hard Or Go Home.” Those titles alone need no explanation, however, crank it up once the flavor hits the ears.

Find out what E-40 invested interests are, what's 40's next move, and Saturday, November 26, 2011, Planet Hollywood will host, while CTS offer the opportunity for E-40 to show out "In A Major Way."

Too Short, Too $hort or few may know this man with a plan as Todd Anthony Shaw, according to Wikipedia; either way, he’s getting paid. The uncut messages in $hort’s music goes way back, like a flat Cadillac, cassette tapes, 8 tracks, and pimpin, which is extremely easy for $hort. There's no shame in Too $hort's game.

Short’s art of sound in the 90s allowed other people to get an exclusive look at “The Ghetto,” off his Short Dog’s in The House sixth album, which featured Ice Cube and Snoop Dogg. The straightforward Too $hort thus far has about nineteen studio albums under his belt, along with one collaborating album titled “The History Channel,” with E-40.

Absolutely, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube and DJ Quik will be there as well- The Theatre For The Performing Arts- inside Planet Hollywood, on the strip in Las Vegas, Nevada on November 26, 2011.

And just because Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube and DJ Quik didn’t get a short write-up in part one of this article, it’s necessary to highlight /document what happens during and after the show- verbatim; that's a Thanksgiving weekend extravaganza to remember!   That being said, part two of the West Coast All Stars giving Thanks in Vegas is certainly coming. To be continued...
