It might have been a short set for Christian Rock musicians, We As Human, but a memorable one nonetheless. On Friday, January 17, 2014, they were the opening act on Skillet's The Roadshow Tour, at the Honda Center in Anaheim. Other acts included Third Day, Jamie Grace, Andy Mineo and several others.
The short four song set included 'Strike Back', 'Taking Life', 'We Fall Apart' and 'Zombie'. However, what made the set extra special was when John Cooper, singer of Skillet joined, WAS singer, Justin Cordle, on stage for 'Zombie'.
Tickets were extremely cheap for an arena show, at ten dollars each (and $20 at the door), to which they had no problems nearly selling out the show; It was a full house. Their reasoning behind was to gain donations for other special causes which were discussed by several different sponsors between the bands sets.
As the the venue did quickly fill up as soon as doors opened, which is normally uncommon, it was more than beneficial for We As Human. The crowd contained people and families of all ages and loved the special set by them, and with John Cooper's help they are gaining many new fans at every show with a great future ahead.
The Roadshow Tour is currently heading east and finish the tour Mid February in Salt Lake City, Utah.
