The Fort Lauderdale location is the newest location of the local chain, and it's pleasantly situated on the intracoastal waters. Regardless, all Bokampers restaurants are located on some body of water.
It's a great place to watch your game, with Tv's on almost every wall in the restaurant you're bound to find the game you want to see. Sports channels are always on at this place, can't really say they change the channels here. Sports 24/7. Even a great place to catch the Big Game, be it for NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL....you catch my drift.
Booze, they have lots of options to choose from. The tap is always cold and the specialty drinks are just as special as you can expect. They have many craft beer options as well, try the flights, and then buy a pint. Full bar, and you can almost expect some kind of promotion or specials going on with their booze.
Their food, meh, I'm not one for less than mediocre meals. Burgers you can expect just a burger, nothing special. Might want to send it back one more time if you requested it well done, if you like it rare you're golden. It's safe to say everything on the menu is mediocre or bland. The choice is yours, if you like frozen, pre-made, reheated food.
It's a great atmosphere to hang out, grab a cold one and yell as loud as you can when your team scores, although they strike out on the food, it's a fun place to hang for the night. I give this place three stars for a fun atmosphere and selection of drinks, but none for the food.
