January is “Get Fit” month because it’s all about the New Year. This month our Phoenix Healthy Food Examiner, will share a few expert tips on how to maintain a healthy weight and create healthier recipes from home.
The Vibe Nutrition Club in Tempe Ariz., was introduced in the Examiner's column on December 5th 2012. The club is owned and operated by founder Rachel Riley.
The services offered at the Vibe are unique. Clients can learn about the nutritional health products the club offers, how to make healthier food choices and work side by side with a trained wellness coach.
Devin Starr currently works as an independent wellness adviser at the nutrition club. In February 2012, Starr first began his journey at a Scottsdale Ariz. nutrition club.
A month later, Starr established his own clientele and continues to share his weight loss success with the community. As a wellness coach, Starr designs an individualized health program to meet each of his client’s specific needs.
“What everyone needs to be aware of is that everybody is built and shaped differently. Some people may burn more calories than others, others may not see their weight change as quick as they would like and a few people may start to see the pounds melt away without a full time workout regimen. “This is where I come in,” says Starr.
Starr shared his success in an interview with Phoenix Healthy Food Examiner, Tiffani Maynor.
“I weighed 193lbs when I started using the club’s products, lost 15lbs within three weeks of that term and within a full five month period, I lost a total of 47lbs.”
Proper diet, good nutrition and using the natural products that are available is how Starr changed his lifestyle and got healthier. The Vibe Nutrition Club is located on 1415 East University Drive, Suite A-111 in Tempe Arizona.
The smoothies served at Vibe Nutrition are made from plant based ingredients and will allow new clients the opportunity to taste the products for themselves or stop in for a healthy meal.
