Italian Stewed/Diced Tomatoes
Red Pepper, Green Pepper, and Orange Pepper, sliced
Directions: Chop onions and dice the red pepper. In a skillet, over low heat, add about 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil and sauté red pepper, onion, spices, and Italian Stewed Tomatoes. Add garlic if desired. Heat for about three minutes. Preheat oven to 350. Take the mixture off of the heat and scoop over the Gourmet Crust, spread. Bake in the oven according to crust directions. May eat hot or serve cold.
