Now, I am a fan of the movie Despicable Me but I can't say that I am a fan of Universal Studio's interactive planner.

You start off picking the number of people in your party and the time in which you will be visiting. Then you are given a few key word selections such as "romance" or "Thrills" to help guide you to planning.

When you get to the next page it tells you that there are a certain amount of items for you to see. However, the page is a bit overwhelming. They pick a select few for you to start with and then if you can find the button, you can add more.

It leads you next to booking your trip if you haven't already done so. To be honest this feature is less than desired. it's clumsy and hard to view. The most you can do with it is create a pdf to print off which is pretty much the same thing as getting a brochure while you're there. There are not many features to it or any mobile apps so that you can take it with you. For a company so big, I am disappointed in what could play a major part in deciding where to visit while in Orlando.

They need to take a cue from Walt Disney World and their My Disney Experience App.
