Having attend two years of the Sacramento's International Sportsmen's Exposition - ISE to those who know -- I determined it's time to take this sporting matter to the next level. That step would be a road trip down to California's south land and the The Fred Hall Show in Long Beach.

What started in 1946 as a Sportsman’s show at the Gilmore Stadium in Los Angeles, The Fred Hall Show has now become the world’s largest consumer fishing show, the largest boat show in the Western United States, and California’s largest travel show.

Lots of great family entertainment, too. Moms, dads, and kids will line-up for Mammoth Lakes Kids Fish Free Trout Pond, and other scheduled activities including; the Ram Truck Air Dogs, The Great American Duck Races, The Toyota Paul Bunyan Lumberjack Show, The Hobie Kayak Fishing Theater, lagoon casting and fly casting. The Optics Alley is a new show feature. Hope to spot you there!!!

Sixty-eight (68) years of The Fred Hall Show, they must be doing something oh so right.

The Fred Hall Show will be held March 5-9, 2014 at the Long Beach Convention Center
300 East Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90802.
Admission: Adults $15, Seniors (62 and over) $14, Children 15 and under free with a paid adult, Active Military with ID Free.

For show hours and directions, visit www.FredHall.com. Get plenty of sleep, wear your best walking/running shoes, and come prepared for fun, fun, and more of the same!
