I love Twinlab products. Especially now that they have numerous non genetically modified (GMO) products that have been third party verified. Recently I was asked to try out their PS Gummies, the PS stands for Phosphatidylserine (PS) and is a major phospholipid (type of fat) in your brain. According to the Twinlab website, "Phosphatidylserine is a major phospholipid in the brain, and along with other phospholipids, makes up the basic structural components of the cell membrane. These membrane phospholipids play an important role in cell-to-cell communication and the transfer of biochemical messages into the cell. In research on phosphatidylserine, supplementation was shown to help support memory and cognitive function in students."
Even without all the scientific stuff, I can tell you that these PS Gummies are very tasty. Until the bottle was empty, myself and a few family members tried this product by chewing 2 gummies twice a day and even in that small amount of time I could tell that it worked and did so quite well. I can recall, even now, at least two distinct times when normally something I needed to remember would slip my mind. I recall remembering and then noticing right away that, that was not a normal thing for me, as sad as that may seem, I do have a short term memory issue thanks to my days in the USAF as an aircraft fuel systems mechanic. I can tell, right off, that I like the PS Gummies and like the fact that they shortened the name too!
Here is something, I personally prefer and love about this Twinlab product, the product is GMO free! They are not made with a soy ingredient, instead, they substituted with a sunflower ingredient, nice work, I say. You see, most people have no idea that even though they may be taking an herbal supplement or vitamin supplement, that they are consuming genetically modified stuff. They believe that because it is supposed to be a health product, that it is totally safe. This couldn't be farther from the truth. In fact, most cheap brand vitamins and herbal supplements, even herbal teas, can have at least soy lecithin in it. Unless the soy ingredient is labeled as non GMO, it could potentially pose harm to you in the form of GMO food.
Think GMOs are not so bad? A little research under the key terms "GMO dangers" ought to give you a bit of insight. Anyway, Twinlab you are looking at 5 stars with this product. I just visited their website and seen that these PS Gummies are currently listed as sold out. I am not surprised as they both taste good, and work as they say. Even children wouldn't protest against the taste or texture of this product. So if you are looking for a top notch product that is both, actually healthy for you, and improves your mental capacity in more than one way, I suggest Twinlab's PS Gummies.
