Tony Horton’s P90 workout is a revamped version of his original Power 90 program. The well-known program includes heart pumping high intensity workouts that might have been a bit intimidating to a person that is new to working out. In Tony's new program he aims at capturing and maintaining the attention of the experienced fitness goer as well as someone that is just starting out.

Each workout offers three variations for beginner, intermediate and advance. This allows the participant to select an option that is best suited for their fitness level without feeling any pressure. As Tony said it's a gateway for someone that has felt they have never been in the fitness game before. The P90 workouts are 25-30 minutes long and anyone can do them, it's the on switch to fitness.
