Having a 17 month old daughter, I know how messy toddlers can be at mealtime. Despite using cloth bibs, she was staining all her clothes when food would roll onto her lap. In search of a larger bib or apron, I found Tommee Tippee Explora Easi-Roll Bibs at our local Babies R Us. The design was very appealing. I could tell the bib would wash off easily and the deep pocket catch food that falls down.
The first time using the Tommee bib, I was very pleased. The pocket (crumb catcher) caught everything that spilled down her bib. She loves to eat cereal and milk with a spoon and the bib caught the extra milk that dripped. The bib is adjustable and fastens easily, without the use of Velcrow.
Clean up was easy, too. Made of soft, rubber-like material, the bib can be washed under running water (and a little dish soap if needed) and left to dry. Having bibs that wash clean saves on laundry.
For on the go, the bibs roll up easily with a fasten feature to fit inside a diaper bag. The bibs are BPA free and dishwasher safe. Sold in two packs of pink/orange or blue/green, these are the only bibs you will ever need.
On the Babies R Us website, the bibs are given 3/5 stars (blue/green) and 4/5 stars (pink/orange). The only reoccuring complaint I saw was with the small hole at the top of the front of the bib. While it is there to fasten the bib when folded up for storage or travel, customers complained that food spills through it. While I see their point, the hole is small and doesn't really effect the use. I would recommend tightening the bib more if better coverage is needed.
Overall, I would give these bibs 5 stars and recommend them to any parents of young children. Tommee Tippee Explora bibs can be purchased in Salt Lake City at Babies R Us for about $6 to $7.
