Hours: 11am until 10pm Monday through Thursday, 11am to 11pm Friday and Saturday, Noon until 10pm Sunday.

Tokyo II Steakhouse is an offshoot of Tokyo Shanghai Bisto on Elmwood Avenue. Prices are reasonable, and they offer a childrens' menu.

You can choose to sit at one of the three hibachi grill tables, each presided over by a chef who is clanging cleavers, setting blazing fires, and putting on a show for diners. If dinner and a show isn't your style, you can choose to sit in one of Tokyo Steakhouse's booths, which are private, comfortable and offer a good view of the hibachi chefs at work.

Sushi combos available:

  • Party 1 combo: six rolls for $37
  • Party 3 combo: 35 pieces of sushi and two rolls for $79

Combination meals include miso soup, which needs work, and a salad with a delicious ginger dressing.

Tokyo II Steakhouse also has Thai entrees, and you can get the Hibachi Combination Dinner even if you're seated in a booth. However, the steak is not worth ordering in this steakhouse. The shrimp is of good quality, you may want to steer clear of the Steak and Shrimp combo ($23) and instead choose either the Chicken and Shrimp combo ($21) or the Shrimp and Scallop combo ($23).
