More than forty Oakland restaurants will celebrate the third annual Oakland Restaurant Week January 18-27, 2013. The ten day event provides visitors and locals with an opportunity to taste some of Oakland's finest cuisine with special meals and deals from the city's top restaurants. Oakland continues to gain recognition as one of the hottest food destinations in the country and Oakland Restaurant Week is an excellent opportunity for diners to experience fresh, unique flavors and creative menu pairings. The city is also extremely diverse, so diners will enjoy a variety of culinary options throughout the neighborhoods.
Prix fixe menus at $20, $30 and $40 will be offered for lunch and dinner and many restaurants will also include drink specials.
