The Egg White Omelet is made with buttercup squash, dino kale, farro, goat cheese, tavern potato and served with your choice of toast. The Egg, Speck Americano and Fontina Sandwich has dried tomato, citrus aioli, ciabatta and tavern potato, plus don’t forget about the pancakes. Their famous Malted Pancakes is created with candied apple, cinnamon praline, cranberry yogurt and maple syrup. If you’re a vegetarian, there are plenty of options here; the Veggie Benedict has veggie sausage, spinach with a smoked tomato hollandaise served on a whole grain English muffin.
