The Yoga Practice has small classes that really focus on the needs of the students. A very gentle and supportive style of yoga, this studio specializes in Svaroopa yoga. Amazing for anyone suffering from joint and back pain. I started at this studio about 10 months ago and it has provided amazing relief for chronic back problems. Plus it's incredibly meditative. Embodyment treatments -- one on one with the teacher -- are something that cannot be explained but provide powerful relief.
