A foot-stomping, hand-clapping, guitar-strumming good time is what you can expect from Nashville quintet The Wild Feathers. The Loft in Lansing played host to this toe-tapping band when the needtobreathe tour stopped by last Tuesday, October 22.
Although the sold-out crowd seemed a little hesitant at first, by the end of their set the Feathers had them dancing, cheering, clapping and falling into Wild Feathers fandom.
And that's no surprise; the band has been working hard and doing lots of touring this year. Having shared with stage with the likes of Willie Nelson, Bob Dylan, ZZ Ward, Dawes, and gracing the stages of festivals like Summerfest and Outside Lands, The Wild Feathers are constantly on the rise.
Their self-titled debut album opened at #1 on Billboard's Heatseekers Album Chart back in August and Relix called it "boisterous and impassioned, reverberating with a raw, live quality."
First single "The Ceiling" is an incredibly catchy tune and really got people dancing at The Loft. Check out the video here!
