Amongst the chain restaurants that fill Tempe Marketplace, Cadillac Ranch http://cadillacranchtempe.com/ may be the only locally owned restaurant in this larger destination retail center. On this large western themed menu are 5 High Octane burgers ($10.79-$12.79) including The Steakhouse Burger ($11.99) which was my choice of the day.
All burgers served are 1/2 lb. of 80/20 Certified Angus Chuck beef patty and the Steakhouse burger comes served on a pretzel bun stabbed with a steak knife for effect. The burger is topped with strips of Applewood smoked bacon, white American cheese, crispy onion straws and Cadillac steak sauce along with lettuce and tomato. This filing burger had bold flavors coming from almost all toppings, the sweet & savory taste of the Cadillac sauce, crispy smoky bacon and grilled patty. The thick pretzel bun is just the right size for this kind of burger. All burgers are served with a pickle spear & seasoned fries, onion rings and mix of each are available or a house salad or a side dish for $2.49.
So if you prefer to support a local restaurant in a chain restaurant environment & have a good burger at the same time Cadillac Ranch could be just the place for you.
