Now that the holiday season is over, it seems that the winter beers are quickly going away. In November all you saw was stouts, porters and oatmeal stouts. As I was passing through the market I noticed that the spring lines of some breweries are out.

For example Sam Adams is already unveiling their spring line. The main theme here is the craft beer movement is never standing still. This is true for the local brews as well. As you look around town the local breweries are constantly putting out new interesting brews. Tennessee Brew Works recently released a sweet potato stout. In fact, as I go to the different breweries around town I cannot remember the last time something new or adventurous wasn't available for tasting.

So if you don't like the dark winter beers then you are in luck that the spring beers are coming out. Let me know what spring beers are your favorite. As always you can follow me on twitter and untappd @princessofhops.
