The essence of romance: Jenny Packham Fall 2013 Ready to Wear collection (Photos)

What better way to bring in the upcoming Valentine's Day than to debut a beautiful collection with dreamy gowns that remind us of fairy tales and love? This is exactly what Jenny Packham's Fall 2013 Ready to Wear collection did, as showcased her latest collection in a runway show today during New York's Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. The collection was one of beauty and elegance that could only be found in fairy tales and dreams of love.

Models paraded down the runway in floor length gowns that were extremely breathtaking, from color to style. Hues of coral, burnt orange, red, black, ivory, and aqua gave life to this collection in a vivid way. Strategically placed sequins and metallic trim seemed inspired by the vision of a party at a far away castle, especially the knee length burnt orange and silver metallic sheath dress, and the floor length deep plunge burnt orange and silver sequined gown. Playful floral prints were placed on seperates to add life to classic suit pieces, and chic metallic trimmed sweaters were paired with flowing skirts. Another standout was the ivory and silver sweater dress, a dress that will definitely be a big hit.

The collection also featured beautiful pieces with crystal embellishment, giving thoughts of a winter wonderland. Black sweater dresses and peplum style pantsuits were embellished with silver to give a remix to the classic minimalism. This collection was one of all purpose, from the work place to the red carpet.
