The Dunedin Brewery, located on the north side of historic downtown Dunedin, Florida, qualifies as one of the most enjoyable venues offered in Tampa Bay. The menu may appear average, but will surprise customers with imported Fried Wisconsin Jalepeno Cheese Curds, and excellent fish tacos. But this pales in comparison with being Florida’s oldest craft brewery. The Dunedin Brewery offers a usual variety of standard ales ranging from pales, reds, apricot peach, and stouts, and also has award-winning, limited release brews.
The food, drinks and atmosphere are the perfect framework to the most attractive quality of the brewery, its excellent variety of live performances. The Dunedin Brewery has just extended its hours and is now open seven days a week and when asked about music on Mondays, the staff can not mask their enthusiasm when they answer, “Not yet.”

And with the possible addition of Mondays to the music menu, there is a steady weekly schedule already consisting of Tuesday Night Drum Circles, Wednesday Open Mic, and with Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays calendared with the best of local, regional and national acts.
As evident from their mission statement, The Dunedin Brewery boasts of its desire to contribute to a strong, vibrant community. This is most evident when interacting with the affable staff and patrons. The audience will prove to be as eclectic as the music with the camaraderie of on-lookers ranging from all ages, demographics and persuasions.
But because of the prestige of playing at the brewery, and the high audience expectations, performances will lean toward first rate with superior musicianship. Any performances that may prove poor will also be short-lived.
