Texas-based skincare line, The Aloe Source, has harnessed the healing power of organically grown aloe vera in a new skincare line. Blended with other natural ingredients, such as peptides, vitamin C and plant stem cells, this collection of twenty stabilized aloe-based, paraben-free face and body care products delivers gentle care for normal/combination skin, anti-aging skin care, care for acneic skin.
When tested in a treatment room, The Aloe Source performed as well as other, better known skin care lines. A client with dry, sensitive skin, saw a noticeable change in the texture and balance of moisture in her skin after just one treatment with this line. There was not only a change in the appearance of the client's skin post treatment, but in the days after.
There are three cleansers, three toners, two serums, an eye creme, four face cremes, a masque, making it incredibly versatile. The line can be personalized for most clients. There are also two body lotions, a body cleanser, a body butter, and even a nutritional drink. The Aloe Source is presenting the healing properties of aloe for topical and internal applications.
The one drawback to The Aloe Source, is the lack of an SPF product. Sun protection is a must in any skincare regimen, as sun exposure is the leading cause of aging and damage to the skin. With that being said, there is talk of the imminent launch of an SPF product. Overall, the line is well recommended.
