When thinking of brunch, mimosas and bloody mary's are on the top of the list. Making it a bottomless Sunday ritual at Tap 42 is a must have. In South Florida brunch time is the perfect time, just before the rain storms roll in and late enough to recoup from the night before. Not to mention the amazing dishes that pair just perfectly with their Bloody Mary's.
What's in a name? Tap 42 has a great selection of craft beers, and specially made cocktails, for those that don't like bottomless. Tap 42 has TV's at the bar for the viewing pleasure of it's bar goers, which will be used endlessly come NFL Sundays.
For only $15 a person you can enjoy an unlimited number of bubbly with orange juice or their perfectly balanced Bloody Mary. The Brunch Menu includes dishes like the Hangover Part Tres, The Drunken Goat, and for the child in you their Green Eggs and Ham Benedict. Their dishes are reasonably sized and deliciously made. Salivation settling in as I'm writing this, maybe a stop to Tap 42 before mu flight.
The atmosphere is great too, young professionals, to your occasional college crowd in sundresses and flip flops. The patrons are enjoying their food and bottomless drinks, it's safe to say you'll fit right in, if not grab a wrist band and join the fun. Parents also take their young-ins here, not ideal but the crowd isn't rowdy or falling all over the place wasted.
Here's their Facebook Page if you'd like to take a look at their food and of course their reviews from others.
My Four Stars for this place is because it's an absolute great place to meet with people, although I would enjoy a menu with a bit more variety, and healthier options. Also if the food were less greasy, but it's said greasy food cures a hangover.
