Now, that we’re moisturized, deodorized, and wearing underpants, it must be decided what next to put on. Today, what’s next is socks. Now, these aren’t just any socks, these are the soon-to-be-released Spring 2013 argyle crew socks from San Francisco’s very own Argoz (ARE-goes).
Available mid-February, this new lineup of Spring colors is just the thing to blow the last remnants of Winter away. With names like Seersucker, Double Bubble, Putting Green, and Tee Time, and colors like Cobalt and Oxford Blue, Pale and Sunshine Yellow, Kelly Green, and pink, all that is bright, fresh, new, and a bit sassy will be wrapped around your otherwise un-festooned ankles for all the world to see. Let’s take a look, shall we?
As mentioned back in Sock-tober, the lofty, soft, almost downy yarn used to make these socks is a joy to behold. It’s a lovely thing to slide your feet into, and it’s just as good to look at. The colors are rich and deeply saturated, and they simply pop in the combinations assembled here by Argoz. Also, as mentioned in October, these socks are surprisingly accommodating.
My 11.5 Ds slip easily inside these festive foot-coverings, and they continue to expand in order to be slid up my larger-than-average-calves (moo). Once on, it’s hard not to smile when you catch a glimpse of your festive feet. That’s the beauty of Argoz socks.
If you haven’t done it already, Spring 2013 should be the time you consider adding a little pizzaz to your otherwise ordinary collection of foot coverings. If you feel like indulging your tootsies, Argoz is here to help. Click here to see what’s on offer, and be sure to check back in a couple weeks for the launch of the new Spring 2013 lineup.
**Full disclosure: The socks were provided at no cost for the purposes of testing/reviewing. To think otherwise would be unrealistic.
