Good evening fellow gamers, or should I say attention soldiers. Today we’re covering Spec Ops : The Line a military team based first person shooter set in the once lovely city of Dubai. The story begins with your team responding to a distress beacon being transmitted by 33rd Squad. Once you arrive looking for survivors you quickly learn that everything isn’t as it seems. The controls for this game take a much-needed move from what has become the standard fps layout system. It also incorporates the ability to issue priority commands to squad making them more effective in a firefight. Graphically the game moves pretty smooth even though some of the facial animations are off putting. The game has a few collision issues, for those that don’t know collision issues are things like magically walking through walls or falling through the floors. The most attractive point of this game would be the voice acting. When you’re in a battle in Spec Ops The Line the commands being issued and the response has emotion and impact. Overall the game play is pretty deep. There is a nice variety of weaponry and Spec Ops the line does a great of moving the story along. We give this one 4 Max@Plays out of 7
