Wiegand's bar is located at 656 Center Avenue West View, PA 15229. In the the heart of West View It is a small bar but with the times of financial uncertainty this bar will bring you back to the days of free pool,shot specials,and smoker friendly atmosphere.
Opened in 1939 it has remained a family business for 72 years. This is your grandfathers bar. Small but cheap, with the normal bar amenities pool table, touch screens, jukebox you will find that the prices have been rolled back slightly. As I mentioned before the pool table is free and the jukebox is 3 songs for a dollar. This bar does not serve food and doesn't carry top self tequila or brandy it is basic.
With one flat screen television in the middle of the bar and two at each end it was a decent place to watch a hockey game. You didn't normally have to deal with it being crowded or finding your self standing in line for drinks, because of the size of Wiegand's service is fast. $2.00 shots every Tuesday and Thursday,Happy Hour 5p.m.-7p.m. Monday -Friday.
