Elle&blair Fowler are a huge hit on Youtube for their beauty videos. They have branched out in the recent years and their latest project is their makeup line. The Skylark Elle&Blair lip-glosses were the first item released in the sisters makeup line. They have been releasing one item at a time, because they say they want to make sure each item in their line is a good item, and not rush just to have items in the line. I have to say, its working!
The set comes with two lipglosses Ava and Sohpia. The lipglosses are named after the characters in their first novel, Beneath the Glitter.
Sophia is a berry red and Ava is a bubblegum/baby pink. Both colors are very pigmented. You can get an opaque coverage on your lips in one to two coats. They also glide on your lips and they are not sticky at all. In fact, when I have dry or cracked lips and still want to wear a gloss, these are what I reach for because the formula is more moisturizing than any of my other glosses! The wear of them is typical for a creamy gloss; you will have to reapply a few times throughout the day. For me with eating a drinking, I tend to have to reapply every hour or 2, but that’s typical for a gloss that isn’t sticky for me. I think that the comfortable wear is worth the reapply.
