The first product is a beautiful palette that offers consumers fifteen eyeshadows, one bronzer and one blush. There is a nice variety of finishes to the eyeshadows and each shade is highly pigmented. The blush is Thrilling Chase, and the bronzer is Golden Sands. The products are very pigmented, and are applied easily for a variety of looks. Consumers can certainly garner an everyday look, or something a little more dramatic with the brighter shades. The packaging is simply stunning, and this is perfect for anyone who loves the Jasmine film, and Disney aficionados.
The next product reviewed from the Disney Jasmine collection is the Three Wishes Eyeliner Set which retails for $42. The set comes with a liquid eyeliner, pencil eyeliner, and gel eyeliner. An angled brush is also included to use with the gel liner. Each is extremely black and very pigmented. This is the perfect gift for anyone that loves to wear eyeliner. The products are excellent, and can be applied smoothly for various looks. The final product from the collection reviewed is the A Whole New World Perfumed Body Shimmer which is available for $45. It is a perfumed powder that also includes beautiful shimmer. When it is applied to the body, a subtle glow is evident, and it features a lovely scent. The following notes can be detected in the scent: orange blossom, mandarin, mimosa, warm woods, and vanilla. The bottle features a timeless design, and would certainly look beautiful displayed on one’s vanity. The product is outstanding as well. The next products reviewed are from the 2013 spring collection from Kat Von D. An Everlasting Face Shaper Blush was reviewed in shade Heartagram (raspberry pink) and the product retails for $25. Other shades are Truth (mauve pink), Wish (peach with gold shimmer), Essex (mocha light brown), Bellissima (dark peach pink), Por Vida (bright coral pink), and Love Song (rose pink with gold shimmer). The blush is simply beautiful. It features a longwearing formula of up to twenty-four hours. The formula contains rose extracts, seed oil and vitamin E. The product can be applied with a light hand for a sheer appearance, or can be built upon for a more dramatic effect. The next product is an Everlasting Face Shaper Bronzer in shade Shady Business II (dark brown with gold shimmer) which also retails for $25. The other shade available is Shady Business I (brown with gold shimmer). Like the blushes, the bronzers also feature a twenty-four hour formula with rose extracts, seed oil and vitamin E. The bronzers can be used to create a beautiful sun-kissed look, or to contour one’s face. In either case, the product goes on smoothly and a variety of looks can be achieved. The final product from the new collection is a True Romance Eyeshadow Trio in Helmut (pearlized soft green, matte leaf green, glitter forest green). The product retails for $24 and there are three others available: Dreamer (pearlized nude, matte milk chocolate, glitter brown), Beyond Redemption (pearlized soft silvery purple, matte plum, glitter violet), and Fever Ray (pearlized lavender, matte eggplant, glitter purple). The eyeshadows work and blend effortlessly together. They are the perfect shades to use together, and are certainly pigmented. There is no powder fallout, and they go on smoothly. The Kat Von D collection is a great addition to the line, and fans will certainly want to try all of the products mentioned, and others.
A new Hello Kitty Tokyo Pop collection has been released for spring and is available at Sephora. Hello Kitty is iconic, and is beloved by countless people around the world. The new collection is vibrant and perfect for the new season. Three products were reviewed. The first is the Hello Kitty Gloss Rollergloss which is available for $18. It features a candy scent, and applies a light flush of color to the lips and a nice shine. This is perfect for everyone. The packaging is beautiful as well. The next product is a set in the Tokyo Pop Nail Files set. The set retails for $10. The files feature the Hello Kitty design, a Hello Kitty shaped head on the top, and neon colors. This set is perfect for anyone who uses nail fails and Hello Kitty fans of all ages. The final product reviewed is the Tokyo Pop Liquid Nail Art. Three nail polishes were reviewed: Black Night, Green Means Go!, and Not So Mellow Yellow. Each is available for $10. The shades go on smoothly, are pigmented, and the packaging is a Hello Kitty shaped bottle. The other shade available is Pink Wink.
