Sarah Jessica Parker has been busy all over New York City promoting her new shoe line SJP featuring the "Carrie" shoe, but on Tuesday (February 11) she took a break to throw on a D&G dress and head to the "The Great American Songbook Gala."
Parker wore a short doll baby style, lace turquoise dress with southern bell cuffed sleeves with modern ruffled edges on the bottom.
The "Sex in the city" star kept it hippie with a mixture of NYC by adding a sleek long pearl necklace and sexy velvet red pumps.
What is most interesting about the outfit is the thin black strap crossing the chest, which is similar to the straps worn on old British military uniforms. It almost looks like a purse strap, but it is not. This girl has style!
The 48 year old mixed the old with the new, then added René Caovilla Swarovski crystals to make you drool. She wore her long golden locks down gracing her shoulders with a little bit of curl.
Sarah Jessica Parker looks good without even trying!
