Revlon is a brand that remains a favorite for many consumers. Apart from the various cosmetics products that the brand offers, it also provides consumers with many hair color products as well. Two lines of hair products were reviewed, and they are truly outstanding: Luxurious ColorSilk Buttercream, and Root Erase by ColorSilk. The products will allow many to attain the perfect hair color, and to do so easily with a precise application.
The first hair products from Revlon that were reviewed are two shades from the Luxurious ColorSilk Buttercream. The shades reviewed specifically are Medium Neutral Blonde 73N, and Dark Brown 30N. The product is available to consumers for the very affordable price of $5.99. There are a total of thirteen shades in the new line of products. The hair color products are ammonia free and features a permanent cream hair color formula. The formula contains high levels of three key butters: mango (nourishes), shea (hydrates), and coconut (conditions). These are included in the hair color as well as the conditioner. The conditioner leaves the hair feeling soft, silky, and not at all heavy or greasy. The hair color formula also contains polymers and a patented UV absorber. The color with last for up to six weeks, is vibrant, and will cover gray hair.
The other Revlon hair color products that were reviewed are from the Root Erase by ColorSilk collection. The product features an ammonia-free formula and the first of its kind applicator that will easily apply the hair color product to one’s roots. The product retails for $4.49. Twelve shades are available. The shades reviewed are Medium Golden Brown, and Dark Blonde. The other shades that are available are as follows: Dark Brown, Medium Brown, Light Brown, Medium Ash Brown, Light Golden Brown, Medium Blonde, Light Blonde, Dark Auburn, and Auburn. There are some amazing benefits and features to the hair color product. The sponge applicator provides the consumer with precise, mess-free application. Root Erase by ColorSilk provides 100% gray coverage. The process will take ten minutes (start to finish), and the product will seamlessly blend with other Revlon ColorSilk, and ColorSilk Luminista products.
