Let me start out by saying that I'm not really a fan of white chocolate. I've never been as I always found it way too sweet.

I decided to try the White Chocolate Pumpkin Pie Bark by LilDovesConfections, an Etsy store based in Colorado, and I'm so glad I did. At first bite, your teeth slice through the delicate pumpkin until you hit a little harder texture with the white chocolate base. It's creamier than the bark I'm used to, and melts in your mouth much more quickly. The chocolate, pumpkin, and spice flavors and textures blend together beautifully. Surprisingly, the white chocolate wasn't overly sweet like I usually find that type of chocolate to be, which means those who typically dislike white chocolate will likely be a fan. The White Chocolate Pumpkin Pie Bark had just the right amount of sweetness that I could get through a piece and not feel like I was going to go into a sugar coma. It's rich without being overly so. The bark is created by combining homemade caramel, pumpkin pie spice, fresh pumpkin butter, white chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs.

The price for the White Chocolate Pumpkin Pie Bark by LilDovesConfections is $12 for 1 pound, $22 for 2 pounds, and $32 for 3 pounds. You can order some for yourself or request that it be sent as a gift. Check out some of their other items as well while you're at it, which include Egg Nog Drops filled with Nutella, White Chocolate Peppermint Bark, and Peanut Butter Marshmallow Pops. Don't forget to get your drawstring pants on and prepare to hit the elliptical.
