Review: M.A.C. Mineralize Tinted Lip Balm

The winter collection Apres Chic is will not be available for much longer, so be sure to stock up on the products before they're all gone! The products are selling out, rather quickly, online, so visit maccosmetics.com or go to your local M.A.C. store.

The Mineralize Tinted Lip Balms from the collection are available in five different shades-- Stay Warm!, Slightly Nude, Pure & Tender, Nice & Simple, and Rosey Romance. Rosey Romance is the darkest of the shades; a light marroon color. The others are nudes and light pinks.

The great thing about these balms is that they're perfect for winter. They're moisturizing balms, so they keep your lips feeling soft, even after wearing off.

My only complaint is that when I applied Rosey Romance to my lips, it didn't show up as dark and pigmented as I'd like it to. The pigment also wears off -- along with the gloss itself -- sooner then I'd expected it to. It stays on for a decent amount of time, but definitely not as long as I wanted it to (especially after paying $20 for it).

Either way, I'm pleased with the product, especially because my lips are soft and not-so-chapped! It's a good product for day and night.

M.A.C. Mineralize Tinted Lip Balm is available for $20 at maccosmetics.com or in stores. Don't wait much longer! They're only available for a short time!
