Green’s beer has been brewed in Lochristi, Belgium at the highly-respected DeProef Brewery since 2004. Originally developed by Derek Green who has celiac disease, these beers are inspired by strong European beers and developed to a closely guarded secret recipe.

These specialty beers are brewed with a full body, crisp taste and a refreshing flavor, losing none of the taste but all of the allergens. Green's Beers are suitable for both vegetarian and vegan diets.

Green’s beers are made from gluten-free ingredients: millet, sorghum, buckwheat, and rice - as well as hops, water, and yeast. These delicious Belgian beers are imported by Merchant Du Vin in Seattle, and come in 16.9 oz. bottles.

Enterprise Dry-hopped Lager-Golden pale in color, the nose is a mix of citrus-floral aroma sensations, clean with a light malt taste, but with an herbal, hoppy aftertaste. Body and mouth-feel are light and refreshing.

Green's Quest Tripel Blonde Ale- Green's Tripel Blonde Ale is an ale that has more complexity than any other three beers put together. It's fruity, yet dry, with zero sugars. It's light, but with a bitter undertone that balances out the fruity nose. It has a nice profile, but no one of the ingredients comes forward more than the others.

Green's Discovery Amber Ale-This fine ale has a brown copper color. Aromas of butter roasted nut brittle, and honeyed fruit with a supple, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a crisp, honey roasted apple like finish. This amber ale is a nice savory beer that will be great at the table with a wide range of foods.

India Pale Ale-Green’s recent domination at beer competitions (the 2014 World Beer Cup, US Open, World Beer Championships, and FreeFrom Food awards) and growing demand for hoppy IPAs inspired this dynamic addition, introduced in summer 2014. This amber-red colored beer is full-bodied with bold hops flavors and would make a great companion to spicy hot foods.

Green’s Endeavour Dubbel Dark Ale-This beer won the silver medal in the gluten-free category at the Beer World Cup® 2014. Green's Endeavour Dubbel is the world's first version of this style made with no barley! It is produced from all gluten-free ingredients. Its taste comes in the classic Dubbel fashion with a hint of dark-sugar and toffee flavor; and a traditional Belgian yeast bouquet.

Green's beers are made from gluten-free ingredients and do not contain any of the following allergens or products thereof: gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, Lactose, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, Sulfur dioxide nor Sulfites.
